For account, app, wearable or study-invitation help, email contact@neurologapp.com. Include your app version and phone model where useful, but do not email passwords, study codes or detailed health information.
Common topics
Use your own NeuroLog account with Apple, Google or an email verification code. If an email code expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen. Never send a password or one-time code to support.
If you previously used Apple or Google, choose the same method again. Contact support before creating a second account if you need to change or link sign-in methods.
Open the invitation link, scan its QR code or enter the code provided by your study team. Review the study details and consent before joining.
If you do not have a code, continue without a study and join later from Settings → Studies. Contact the named study coordinator for a replacement invitation.
On iPhone, review access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. A physical iPhone is required for HealthKit syncing.
On Android, open Health Connect → App permissions and select NeuroLog. Health Connect is built into newer Android versions and may need to be installed on older supported devices.
Connected devices can take time to sync, and the same activity can appear through more than one source. NeuroLog retains source information and selects a canonical source rather than adding duplicates together.

Study participants
For questions about eligibility, consent, study visits, withdrawal or what data your study receives, contact the study team named in the app and your participant information sheet. NeuroLog support can help with the app but cannot make study or clinical decisions.
